What's included on a standard private tour?
Every standard tour includes: a private vehicle, a local driver for the full duration, hotel pickup and drop-off, flexible stop times, and bottled water. Entry fees, meals and personal purchases are not included.
How does paying for a tour work?
Once you approve your firm quote, a 20% deposit locks in the booking. The remaining balance is due before your tour date. If we cannot confirm a driver, you receive a full refund of the deposit.
Can we build our own tour instead of choosing a standard one?
Yes — use the custom tour builder to pick your own stops, order and hours. We map the route and quote it. The same private-driver model applies.
How many people can join a private tour?
Up to 11 passengers in a minibus, 6 in an SUV or people-mover, and 3 in a sedan. The group is always private — no sharing with strangers.
Can the tour start from outside the Gold Coast?
Yes — standard tours show a typical pickup area, but most can start from Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, or other nearby addresses. Enter your accommodation address at booking for an accurate quote.
What is the cancellation policy for tours?
A tiered cancellation policy applies. Cancellations closer to the tour date result in a smaller refund. If we cannot provide a driver, you receive a full refund. See our refund policy for the full schedule.
