We collect only what we need to deliver your booking:
- Your name and contact details
- Pickup, drop-off, and trip details
- Payment information, handled securely by our payment provider (we never see full card numbers)
- Basic device and usage data to keep the site working
How we use it
We use your information to process bookings, match you with a driver or supplier, send you trip updates, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary with the driver or supplier fulfilling your booking, and with the trusted providers that run our payments, email, and infrastructure. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. We handle your data in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
