Refund & cancellation policy

Clear, upfront rules for deposits, balances, and cancellations. No surprises.

Deposits

Transport bookings — transfers, charter and day tours — are secured with a deposit captured when you approve your quote. The balance is paid before your service starts. Attraction tickets work differently: see the tickets section below.

  • Airport transfers: 20% deposit
  • Car charter, on-hire & private day tours: 50% deposit
  • Rush fee: bookings made within 48 hours of service start carry a +20% surcharge.

Paying the balance

Your booking must be fully paid no later than 48 hours before your service starts. If you book inside that 48-hour window, the full amount (deposit + balance + any rush fee) is taken at checkout.

If you cancel

Refunds of the amount you've paid are based on how far ahead of your service start you cancel:

A handling fee applies to every cancellation: the greater of A$20 or 5% of the order, deducted from any refund (including the 100% tier).

If we can't fulfil your booking

If we can't find a driver or your tickets sell out, that's on us, not you. You get a full refund of everything you paid, with no handling fee.

These are the standard policy numbers. Anything unusual about your booking will be made clear before you pay.
