We confirm with the venue
We contact the venue and secure your specific date, time and number of guests. This typically takes up to the time window shown on each listing.
Confirmed → captured; unconfirmable → full refund
Once the venue confirms, the held amount is captured and your ticket lands in your inbox. If we can't secure a slot, the hold is released — a full refund, no fee.

Your card is authorised (held) at checkout but captured only once the venue confirms your booking. If we can't secure your slot, the hold is released within a few business days and nothing is taken.
What if the venue can't take my booking?
You get a full refund, no fee, no questions asked. The payment hold is released automatically and your bank will return the funds within a few business days.
How long does confirmation take?
Confirmation time varies by venue and is shown on each listing. Most bookings are confirmed within the quoted window; if there's a delay we'll keep you updated by email.
Can I book tickets for a group?
Yes — set the number of guests when you book. Pricing is per person and the total is shown before you confirm. Large groups may be subject to availability checks that take a little longer to confirm.
Are the tickets delivered digitally?
Yes — once confirmed, your ticket or voucher is sent to your email address as a scannable PDF or QR code, ready to present at the gate.
Can I cancel a ticket booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the venue's own policy, which is shown on each listing. If the booking hasn't been confirmed yet (funds still on hold), contact us and we'll release the hold at no charge.
