How Xpress77 works
Self-serve from start to finish — no phone calls, no waiting around. Here's the whole journey, step by step.
1. Choose & get a quote
Pick a service — airport transfer, private charter, a day tour, or tickets — and tell us your trip. We'll send your personal quote within 2 hours during business hours, or by 9am the next day. Need something bespoke? Build a custom itinerary and we'll quote that too.
2. Pay a deposit
Once you approve your quote, a deposit locks in your booking — 20% for transfers, 50% for charter. The balance is due 48 hours before your trip. Attraction tickets are different: the full amount is held and only charged once your tickets are confirmed. Everything is in Australian dollars, GST-inclusive.
3. We confirm
We auto-match a driver or secure your tickets, then confirm your booking. If we can't fulfil it for any reason, you're refunded in full with no fee.
4. Track live
Follow your order status and your driver's ETA the whole way, right up to pickup. You always know exactly where things stand.
