The basics of using Xpress77 to book transport and tickets in Australia.

Using Xpress77

Xpress77 is a marketplace that connects you with transport and ticketing services. By placing a booking you agree to these terms and to the refund policy that applies to your booking.

Bookings & payment

Transport bookings — transfers, charter and day tours — are secured with a deposit captured when you approve your quote, with the balance due no later than 48 hours before your service starts. Attraction tickets carry no deposit: the full amount is authorised as a hold and only captured once your tickets are confirmed. All amounts are in Australian dollars and shown GST-inclusive. Payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.

Confirmation

A booking is placed when you submit your details, and confirmed once you approve your quote, pay the deposit, and we match a driver or secure your tickets. If we can't fulfil a booking, we refund you in full with no fee.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate pickup details, be ready at the agreed time, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect. You are responsible for any tolls, fines, or cleaning costs caused by misuse.

Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver a good service, but we are not liable for delays or losses outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or third-party supplier issues, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Deposits, balances, and cancellations are governed by our refund policy.
