Do I pay the full amount upfront?
Usually not. Once you approve your firm quote, transfers take a 20% deposit and charter or day tours take 50%, with the balance due 48 hours before your service. Two exceptions: bookings made within 48 hours of the service are paid in full on approval (plus a rush fee), and attraction tickets carry no deposit — the full amount is held, not charged, until they're confirmed. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens if you can't fulfil my booking?
If we can't fulfil your booking, you get a full refund with no fee. If you cancel, you receive a tiered refund minus a small handling fee, depending on how close to the service date you cancel — the breakdown is on our refunds page.
Who are the drivers?
Every transfer and charter is handled by a vetted, professional driver. After you pay your deposit, a driver is automatically matched to your trip and you're notified once they accept.
Can I book in Chinese?
Yes. The whole platform — booking, payment, tracking and support — is available in English, 简体中文 and 繁體中文, so you can book entirely in the language you're most comfortable with.
Which areas in Australia do you serve?
We operate across Australia, with our strongest coverage along the east coast — Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, Sydney and Melbourne — for airport transfers, private charter and day tours.
When is my booking confirmed?
Transfers and charters show 'Matching a driver' until a driver accepts. Attraction tickets show 'Confirming availability' while we secure supplier inventory — your funds are only held, not charged, until it's confirmed. You can follow the status at any time on the tracking page.
How do I pay, and which cards do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Once you approve your quote, transport bookings take a deposit, with the balance due before your service; attraction tickets are authorised in full and only charged once confirmed. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — child seats are available on request. Just tell us your children's ages when you book. Australian law requires an approved child restraint for children under seven, and we make sure the right seats are fitted before your driver sets off.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the vehicle class. As a guide, a sedan comfortably takes two to three suitcases plus carry-ons, an SUV takes four to five, a people mover handles six or more, and a minibus handles full group luggage. Travelling with oversized items like prams, golf clubs or skis? Mention them at booking and we'll match a vehicle that fits.
We're travelling as a group — which vehicle fits us?
As a guide, sedans suit up to three passengers, SUVs and people movers up to six, and minibuses up to eleven. Enter your group size and luggage when you book and we'll only show vehicles that genuinely fit — no squeezing.
Do I need a visa to visit Australia?
Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) or eVisitor visa before flying. Apply only through official Australian Government channels — the Department of Home Affairs website or the official Australian ETA app. We're a travel operator, not a migration adviser, so for anything beyond the basics please rely on the official guidance.
What if bad weather or an operator cancels my trip?
If we, a driver or an attraction operator have to cancel — for weather, safety or supply reasons — you automatically receive a full refund with no fee. Our refund policy page has the complete breakdown, including what applies when you cancel instead.
