Questions
Do you provide a hearse?
No. These are passenger cars only. We do not provide hearses and we do not transport the deceased.
How many hours can I book?
2 to 12 hours per booking, priced per car. The car and driver are yours for the hours you book.
How many cars do I need?
Your guests must fit in the seats of the cars you book. The form checks this and tells you if you need another car or a bigger vehicle. One booking can carry up to 6 cars. A party over 40 guests, and the 12-seater HiAce, are quoted instead.
What can add to the price?
Each child seat is A$30. Night hours between 22:00 and 06:00 add A$30 per hour, per car. Peak days, public holidays and bookings made under 12 hours ahead add to the rate. The form shows every line before you pay.
What is not included?
Tolls, parking and venue fees are not included. One booking covers up to 100 km in total, pick-up to drop-off including stops. Longer trips are quoted.
How do I pay, and what if plans change?
You pay a 50% deposit to book, and the balance is due 48 hours before pickup (7 days in peak season). A booking made less than 48 hours ahead (7 days in peak season) is paid in full. Cancellation follows our charter rules: a full refund 7 or more days before pickup; between 48 hours and 7 days we keep 50% of the trip price; under 48 hours there is no refund. Peak periods need more notice: 21 days for a full refund.
