What it is
The Sydney Royal Easter Show is held every year around Easter at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park. The 2027 show runs for 12 days, and in 2025 there were fireworks at about 8:45pm each night.
Arriving by car
In 2025, Showground Road between Herb Elliott Avenue and Dawn Fraser Avenue was a drop-off and pick-up area only. The Showground entry is next to Olympic Park train station.
Getting home
In 2026 the show's getting-here page listed taxi ranks on Herb Elliott Avenue (near Australia Avenue) and on Murray Rose Avenue near the Carnival gate. Sydney Olympic Park asked visitors to allow extra time, as traffic may be heavier than usual.
Good to knowIn 2026, show tickets included public transport to and from the Show on set routes, and show-day parking was expected to sell out, with pre-booking open until 11:59pm the night before.
